In the case of a return due to a defect, a Return Authorization must be obtained prior to shipping. Upon receipt of the item, we reserve the right to make the decision as to whether the item is defective, damaged due to shipping, or has sustained damage caused by the customer or their pet. Damaged items not caused by shipping or defects will be returned to the customer. If a product is damaged during shipping, we must be contacted immediately in order to issue a UPS damage claim. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges with the exception of items that have been verified by us as defective, or are UPS validated shipping-damaged items. In these cases, purchase amount will be refunded along with shipping costs. Exchange items must be in unused condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange. If the item is deemed to have been used, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Privacy Policy We respect your privacy! We maintain customer lists for our internal use only. We do not sell or give our mailing lists to anyone. Any purchase information we collect is for the purpose of providing our customers with the best shopping experience.
